The object of the Peoria Women's Bowling Association, Inc., as chartered June 24, 1931 was:
To unite in a central organization all qualified women bowlers in the City of Peoria. To provide, adopt, enforce for and among its members uniform rules and regulations covering the manner and methods of playing the game of American Tenpins. To govern bowling teams, leagues, and tournaments, to determine by rules and regulations the qualifications necessary to all women bowlers participating in the play of such bowling teams, bowling leagues, bowling tournaments. To increase interest in the bowling game, to have and exercise a general supervision over all bowling interests within its jurisdiction.
