In order to provide excellent services to our bowlers, it takes not only the efforts of the Board of Directors of the Peoria USBC Women's Bowling Association, but others, such as you, our women bowlers who are dedicated to the sport of bowling.  Our bowling proprietors are a vital part of providing special services to our bowlers and we thank them for contributions to our association and bowlers.

We are asking for your continued support of our yearly events.  We need your help in making these endeavors a success...such as our Local Championship Tournament, we will need your help more than ever this year to help us get more teams to participate.  We also conduct a Mixed Couples tournament and a Senior tournament and both of these are held in conjunction with the Greater Peoria USBC BA; we desperately need your help to make these tournaments successful.  We are asking each of you to contact other members of your leagues and invite and coax them to enter these tournaments.  Please support our Hall of Fame and do nominate members for this honor.  

A special thanks to Nancy Mounts, Association Manager, for keeping me abreast of what is happening in our leagues and also reminding me of the many special meetings we must attend during the year.  Many many thanks to you and the Board of Directors for allowing me to serve as your President...it is an honor.

As we approach the new fiscal year, there will be new challenges confronting us and your Board will face them with a strong commitment to keeping you, our women bowlers, foremost in our minds.

Have a great summer, and let's all work hard to make the 2011-12 season a most successful one.
